We understand that you won’t be able to try our garments on before purchasing, that’s why we encourage you to find the perfect garments for yourself by allowing you to submit a return to us. If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase or if it is ill-fitting, you are welcome to return your item(s)* in exchange for a 1-month store credit voucher. We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact, within 14 business days from the date of dispatch or 21 business days for international orders. You will need to cover the return shipping charge. Original postage fee will not be added to your credit.
*The above excludes: orders made with promotional codes (unless stated otherwise), sales items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, and bags. Returned items will be accepted by us once only. The credit note we are providing will be the last credit note for this order. Once you have used this credit note, we are unable to take any more returns back.
Purchasing our products means you have accepted our terms & conditions. You have also accepted the possibility of a slight variation in color and size specifications. Colors may appear slightly individual monitor setting.

- Once your return request has been approved, you may send the parcel back to us.
- Return parcels are to reach us within 14 business days from dispatch date for orders made in Singapore, or 21 business days for international orders.
- A return may only be processed when your parcel reaches us. It is most advisable for a return to be sent via registered modes as we would not be responsible for any lost mail sent back through non-traceable mailing options.
- Your return parcel will be processed within 7 - 14 days from the date of our receipt. You will receive an email containing an Online Store Voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item will be issued to you.
- In the event that your return is not approved, we will notify you to make payment for the return delivery charges and mail the parcel back to you.
Returned items can only be issued as an Online Store Credit to the customer to allow you to revisit our site to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size. We do not offer refunds for change of mind in the items or choosing a wrong size.
- We will not accept any items for a return, which were received past 14 days from purchased date for Singapore orders, 21 days for International orders.
- The items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags and plastic covers still attached and not smell of ladies perfume/deodorant, no make up stains. Please take due care when trying on your order.
- Please note if you damage a garment after wearing it such as button falls off, zip breaks because of wear and tear, we cannot accept garments back for return.
- If you use airmail (international orders) or non-express post within Singapore, your parcel will be arrived at our office later than returned timeframe. Novi Selects has the right to refuse your parcel, your parcel will be sent back to you.
- We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty or if we do not have a replacement. Postage on faulty orders will be applied as a credit to your account.
- If the returned item/s does not meet the above standards, Novi Selects has the right to deny.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind in the items or choosing a wrong size.
- Non-returnable items: Sale or discounted items, secret deals and packs, items are bought through discount codes, gift vouchers code, online credit note, jewellery, intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, scarf and beanies, sunglasses, beauty products, watches.
Online store credit
- You will receive an email with details of the store credit.
- Online Store Credit is not to be used in conjunction with any other offers. E.g. cannot be used with discount codes ‘take10’ etc.
- Online Store Credit is valid for 1 month from issued date.It will expire after this period and cannot be renewed.
- Store credit vouchers are strictly non-refundable, non-extendable and non-transferable.
How to use online store credit note
Upon carting out your Shopping Bag, apply the store credit voucher code in ‘discount / voucher’ field and click ‘Add’. The subtotal will be updated once the store credit voucher has been applied.
If you encounter an error with the online store credit, fret not! Do check if:
- The voucher code has expired
- The voucher code has been used in another order

When ordering a 'pre-order' item, you must check out and pay for the order separately to other items you would like to buy. This will allow us to ship your other non pre-order items straight away. Your pre-order will then be sent after the arrival date. Estimated arrival date can be found on our website when you click on the individual items, (under product descriptions).
